Food Hunts: 222 Veggie Vegan Restaurant

I've been following the Vegan movement for quite a while now and would lobe to be completely vegan one day (baby steps). My colleague at work suggested 222 Veggie Vegan restaurant in West Kensignton. This lovely restaurant is owned by a Ghanaian man and is completely Vegan. I've always really enjoyed the food there, it's fresh, nutritious, mostly low fat and honestly very tasty! I would recommend it :)

The Natural hair diaries: Wash day

I big chopped quite recently and wash day isn’t my favourite day just yet! My staples have always been ORS products or some sort of shea butter product. Still waiting for some more length before I decide if this natural hair is a keeper. I don’t want to succumb to the creamy crack!
